Since 1990, CWSAMS has been a leader in property management solutions with proven strategies that increase revenue, lower costs and enhance accountability for our clients. CWSAMS and its principals have over 70-years cumulative experience in the management, marketing, and sale of a wide range of assets for a diverse international and national clientele, including government agencies, financial institutions, real estate developers, and other private-sector entities.

CWSAMS has been involved in the management and sale of more than $1.5 billion dollars of assets for government agencies such as Department of Treasury, Department of Homeland Security, U.S. Marshals Service, IRS-CI, Immigration and Customs Enforcement, U.S. Secret Service, ATF, HUD, VA, Los Angeles County, SBA, Farmer’s Home, Fannie Mae and USDA Rural Development. We understand that each agency has its own unique statutory and regulatory requirements and are held to a higher level of scrutiny than commercial enterprises. Regardless of whether our customer is a government agency, or a commercial institution, we are able to customize our processes and software to support the mission of the individual organization.

For more than two decades, CWSAMS has been providing support for the Departments of Treasury and Homeland Security and legacy agencies. In 2012, we were awarded the prime contract for the Management, Maintenance, Storage, & Disposal of Seized, Forfeited, and/or Blocked Real Property by the Department of the Treasury. Under this contract, we have:

• Managed and sold properties in all 50 states as well as Puerto Rico, the Cayman Islands, Mexico and Guatemala
• Managed thousands of individual properties ranging from $5,000 to $60 million dollars including oil and gas leases, corporate interests, operating businesses, commercial properties, single family residences, and personal property
• Mitigated issues such as environmental contamination, tenant leases, historic designations, multiple stakeholders, right of way restrictions and/or zoning restrictions

We combine cutting-edge technology with our extensive hands-on experience to streamline operations and to better serve the client. The CWSAMS website and auction management system are specifically designed for government asset sales. The website is fully compliant with Government guidelines established by Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act (29 U.S.C. 794d). We comply with all federal, state, and local statutes and regulations and use GCS Premier, a DCAA-approved Accounting System designed specifically for government contractors.

In 2017, we launched CWS Auctions free app for iPhone and Android. In the continuing expansion of our online auction technology, the app provides an optimized mobile experience for our users.

Our Team of Specialists

From six strategically located offices across the country, CWSAMS is capable of consistently providing real property management services in all 50 states, the District of Columbia, Puerto Rico, and all U.S. Territories. Our staff includes project managers, title and closing experts, brokers and real estate sales assistants, print and web designers, web developers, marketing and public relations experts, media buyers, sale managers, risk management experts, real estate settlement coordinators and financial managers.

CWSAMS is a small business that is 51 percent unconditionally and directly owned by a woman. Our team has the strengths of a small business with specialized expertise in managing and marketing a wide variety of Government property combined with the capability of a large business able to tap nationwide resources in a broad range of services. CWSAMS is committed to meeting Small Business Administration goals, and we ensure that many of our vendors are small businesses.
