Property/Asset Management

CWSAMS takes proactive steps to ensure comprehensive property management services are in place to secure and preserve the property condition, operability, and value during the life cycle of the property. This includes initial maintenance to secure, clean and repair the property; a maintenance plan for physical upkeep and preservation; and necessary emergency repairs to prevent or eliminate the potential for loss damage or destruction.

Property Management services include:

• Inventory and condition assessment
• Photographing and/or videotaping interior and exterior
• Risk/Insurance Assessment (safety and environmental)
• Initial maintenance (securing property, clean up)
• Emergency maintenance (lab testing and abatement for lead based paint, asbestos and mold)
